Laughter Yoga Facilitators: Heather, Heidi, Sharon, Noelle and Lora
What a fantastic laughter session tonight! We had the pleasure of being lead through a wonderful New Year themed class by Noelle. Even though we are in the middle of a Chinook, we put on our snowsuits, got our snow blowers out, laughed about the winter, caught up with long lost friends, and, to top it off, we had a New Year's dance party! It was an incredibly eventful and uplifting evening!
It was so great to see some familiar faces from last week. And, the new people who came seemed to take to Laughter Yoga right away. Although what we do may seem a little strange at first, once we let go of analyzing ourselves and our surroundings, and allow ourselves to play, inner joy and laughter become very natural.
